Despite its name meaning ‘hot mixture’ the full bodied aroma of Garum masala offers a warm, pungent compliment to any curry. Sprinkle 1 tsp Garum Masala over your curry 5 minutes before serving. Stir through and garnish with fresh coriander. An excellent spice for meat balls and other mince dishes.
