Ingredients: 3 cups cake flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 cup sugar 4-6 ripe bananas 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 2 eggs 1 cup oil 1 cup Bulgarian yoghurt   Method:   Place flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Mix. Separately mash bananas and bicarbonate of soda. Separately beat up eggs, oil and yoghurt. Add bananas and the liquid to the dry ingredients at the same time and stir with a metal spoon.
