Ingredients   2 packets Eet-Sum Mor biscuits 230g butter 3/4 cup castor sugar 2 Tbsp golden syrup 1 can condensed milk 200g Dairy Milk chocolate   Method:   Line a casserole/swiss roll dish with biscuits. Place rest of ingredients (except chocolate) in a saucepan and stir over low heat until sugar has dissolved. Bring to boil and simmer gently for ± 10 mins. Cool. Pour over biscuits and allow to cool. Set in fridge for ± 1 – 2 hours. Melt the chocolate and spread over fudge layer. Cool. Refrigerate. Cut into biscuit-sized squares.
